    The Roger Descours Group, fully-controlled quality from the field to the plate

    If the name of the Roger Descours Group is now known worldwide and if its frozen fruit are the choice of the majority of culinary professionals, it is because we never wanted to restrict our activities to mere trading. Clearly, to develop to such an extent, our company had to make key strategic business decisions but what made the difference was our ever-burning desire to guarantee quality from field to table, from production to sale.

    To achieve this goal, the Roger Descours Group became a major player in fruit production, opening its own plantations. The sole participant from production to processing in its own factories, right up to delivery, the Roger Descours Group controls every major aspect of its activities, covering every additional operation on a global scale : purchasing, packaging and processing. From Europe to Asia, not forgetting Africa and America, this comprehensive expertise is shared by a vast network of subsidiaries and partners built up over the years. It’s this which now means we can be proud to guarantee you “fruit so good even Mother Nature’s jealous”…
